Sony has released the new HomeShare sytem for your wireless home theater pleasure. This new system allows you to wirelessly stream music or sound to any room of your home. You can connect the HomeShare to your PC, Iphone, blue-ray device, as well as many other wireless devices you probably already own. As of now, there are thousands of compatible devices and more devices are released every day.

The Sony HomeShare system will allow you to play audio files off of your Iphone, Ipod, PC, or you can stream your files straight off the internet. The days of worrying where your music is located are over. Wirelessly connect all of your devices, use the built in docking device, or stream from popular sites such as Vtuner or Slacker Internet Radio.

The new HomeShare wireless system offers wireless speakers, 2 wireless network docks for your Iphone, and a wireless universal remote. Each speaker offers 360 degree sound output. You can virtually fill an entire room with your tunes. Sony offers a free ap available in the ap store, for connecting your devices and components. Therefore, the installation and synchronization are virtually seamless. When you install speakers throughout your house you can decide which piece plays what sound. Costs and Availability for the HomeShare System

The new HomeShare system is expected to hit the market in March 2011. Initial pricing is estimated to fall between $230 and $300 dollars for the HomeShare docking system. However, the HomeShare speakers will run $200 to $300 dollars. Of course, the wireless remote is also going to sell separately although a price range has not yet been announced. Although the initial investment may seem a bit steep, the option to connect all of your devices to one sound device is priceless.
